Avon moisture effective eye makeup remover lotion works better than any makeup lotion remover that i have ever tried.  I found it while flipping through my latest Avon catalog.  It is usually four dollars but i got it on sale for only one dollar.  Applying the makeup remover is so easy.  It only takes a wipe so you do not have to rub your eye.  It leaves no irritation and is not greasy like some of the makeup removers.  It is inexpensive and it gets the job done.  It is a highly effective products with great results.  It leaves your eye area soft and lightly moisturized.  I recommend this product to anyone that uses makeup.
